1. Introduction and Definitions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ChatraChatri platform ("Platform") operated by Coderlook Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, J-1/12, Block EP, Sector V, Saltlake, Kolkata-700091, India.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Compliance with Indian Laws

The Platform operates in compliance with all applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:

• Information Technology Act, 2000 and its amendments
• Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021
• Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Indian Contract Act, 1872
• Copyright Act, 1957

3. User Registration and Account

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• All registration information you submit is truthful and accurate
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable Indian law

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of ChatraChatri or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian copyright laws.

Any unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or representation of our content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. User Responsibilities and Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Violate any applicable Indian laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Upload or transmit any harmful computer code or malware
• Engage in unauthorized access or network attacks
• Post defamatory, obscene, or offensive content
• Misuse or attempt to manipulate the Platform
• Share access credentials with unauthorized users

6. Payment Terms

All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) through authorized payment methods. We comply with all applicable RBI guidelines regarding payment processing and data security.

Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws. Tax invoices will be generated in compliance with GST regulations.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy and complies with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Indian law, ChatraChatri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our aggregate liability for any claims under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for using our services in the preceding 12 months.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ChatraChatri harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or applicable Indian laws.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform for any violation of these Terms or applicable Indian laws, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through amicable negotiations before pursuing legal remedies.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
